Day 1: Bangalore – Kanchipuram

Morning meet with our representative and drive to Kanchipuram, located on the banks of the Vegavathi River. Kanchipuram is one of the seven Indian cities to reach final attainment. The city is a holy pilgrimage site for both Saivites and Vaishnavites. Of the 108 holy temples of the Hindu god Vishnu, 14 are located in Kanchipuram. The city is also well known for its hand woven silk sarees and most of the city's workforce is involved in the weaving industry. It is a traditional center of silk weaving and handloom industries for producing Kanchipuram Saris. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Kanchipuram

After fresh-n-up proceed for half day temple of Kanchipuram. It is a city of thousand temples. One of the seven sacred cities of Hindus, it was the capital of the early Cholas as far back as the 2nd century BC. Kanchi was a major seat of Tamil learning as well as an important place of pilgrimage for Buddhists, Jains and Hindus.Apart from temples, the city is also famous for its silk weavers, who settled here some 400 years ago and have given it an enviable reputation. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Kanchipuram – Bangalore
